The audio file is over 60 minutes long and was recorded at sunrise Jan 16, 2010 in the jungle just off Beach No. 7, Havelock Island, India. It is bundled in a zip file with pictures and a map of the location so you can see where in the world it was recorded. One of the pictures included is of the solar eclipse that took place the day before in this location.

Located in the Bay of Bengal, Havelock Island is part of the Andaman Islands which are remote islands closer to Thailand than to India and are home to approximately 200 species of bird, many of which are endemic.
